Proctor & Gamble – Vendor Payment Tracking Application

Global companies have unique challenges when optimizing their vendor communications.   

P&G was looking to drive global vendors to a new suite of applications designed to simplify AP vendor payment tracking.  Vendor payment inquiries were driving up costs and slowing down processes for the package good giant. 

The purpose designed applications made the AP process transparent, a win win for vendor and P&G – but the challenge was, no one was using them. 

P&G tapped us to increase awareness and engagement of their vendors with this application suite. 

We proposed an animation style that could be entertaining, and universally understood – without words. 

The video drove massive engagement in the application program, saving P&G substantial costs, while improving their vendor relations.
